All Terrain Capital exists to help experienced land investors use leverage as a strategy to do more deals. ATC is the culmination of decades of lending experience with a fresh approach to serve land investors. Before forming ATC, Brad flipped land and funded deals from his retirement accounts. It only took a few high volume borrowers to deploy most of the retirement funds. In 2021, Brad decided to deploy investors' capital from friends and family to scale up as All Terrain Capital. We’ve each funded countless deals from raw land, single family, and various commercial projects. All Terrain Capital is here to fill an underserved and overlooked need- short term financing for the purchase of raw land.
